Most respectfully we beg to state that our school is one of the most reputed schools in Chittagong. The performance of the students' curricular and co-curricular activities is although good. Every year our school team participates in different cultural and literary competitions arranged by BTV and other educational institutions. It does satisfactorily well but fails to be champion. But it is a matter of great regret that there is no literary club in our school. Had there been a literary club. our school could obviously have done well. It may be mentioned that an executive committee should be formed with the teachers and students to perform properly. It will arrange literary gatherings, debates, recitations, essay competitions. seminars etc.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider our prayer and permit us to organize the literary club prayed for and oblige thereby.

Our area is gradually going to a zenith respecting education, art, culture, and literature though there is no literary club in our reputed school. In this situation, a literary club may play a lofty part for the upliftment of latent talent in our schooling boys' and girls'. Besides, for want of club, we face untold problems while publishing a magazine annually. In the circumstances above, we hopefully beseech that your honor would be benign enough to organize a literary club in our school.

It does satisfactorily well but fails to be rank 1. But it is a matter of sorrow that there is no literary club in our college. Had there been a literary club. our college could obviously have done well. It may be mentioned that an effective committee will be formed with the teachers and students to perform its job properly. It will arrange literary gatherings, debates, recitations, essay competitions. seminars etc.
