We have the honor to state that our school is one of the best schools in our town. Students come to our school from very distant places. So, they cannot go home in the off period. They have to stay for quite a long time in school. To pass this time we need to have a good tiffin. As there is no canteen in our school, they have to take tiffin from roadside restaurants. It is both costly and unhygienic. Besides, these restaurants are the haunts of antisocial people. So, the girl students can not go there to take tiffin. Setting up a canteen will help us to have tiffin.

We, therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to set up a canteen on our school campus to remove the sufferings of the students.

Dear Sir,

I have the honor to invite your kind attention to the fact that nearly 1,200 students read in our school where there is no canteen, and as a result, during the tiffin period, most of us go without any food. Moreover, we have to stay in school for a long time. So, a long time fasting is causing us acute hydrochloric acid secretion that results in various stomach diseases such as gastritis, dyspepsia, and so forth. It is further noted that the school being in a hilly area is risky for the students to go to any outside restaurant for lunch. Besides, it is time killing as well. We, therefore, fervently conjure that your honor would be gracious enough to set up a canteen in our school for relieving our suffering for unavailability of tiffin when necessary
