Boishakhi Mela Paragraph: Baishakhi Mela is the mirror of the Bengali traditional culture. It starts on Pahela Baishakh. It is presumed that Baishakhi Mela was started about 6 hundred years back during Emperor Akbar's reign. On this day, fairs used to be organized there.
